✅ 7 Days Easy Exchange & Return

We offer a 7-day exchange or return window starting from the date you receive your order.

You are eligible for exchange or return if:

The product is unused and in original condition

The original box, tags, and packaging are intact

The request is made within 7 days of delivery

The item has no signs of damage, scratches, or wear

Exchange / Return is not applicable if:

The product has been used, worn, or damaged

The protective stickers or tags are removed

The request is made after 7 days

Damage is caused by mishandling, water exposure beyond guidance, or accidents

Note: Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side.

⏱️ 1 Month Movement Warranty

We provide a 1-month movement warranty on all watches, covering manufacturing defects related to the internal timekeeping mechanism.

Covered under movement warranty:

Watch not functioning properly due to internal movement fault

Manufacturing defects affecting normal time operation

Not covered:

Physical damage (glass, strap, case, crown)

Damage due to water exposure beyond recommended use

Damage caused by drops, force, or misuse

Normal wear and tear

If approved, the watch will be repaired or replaced (subject to availability).

🔋 1 Month Cell (Battery) Warranty

All watches come with a 1-month cell warranty.

Covered:

Battery failure within 1 month of purchase

Not covered:

Battery drainage due to long-term storage after delivery

Damage caused during battery replacement by unauthorized persons
